Sports – Luol Deng scored 25 points and grabbed 13 rebounds as the Chicago Bulls staved off elimination in their second-round series with a convincing 102-87 home win over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday.
I believe it's all about politics. Had the Pistons won in four there would be thousands of dollars lost in ticket sales for both teams, not to mention the loss to concession stands, etc. It wouldn't surprise me if players aren't told before playoffs not to win in four when it's in the second round or higher. Promise of bigger paychecks?
"Detroit sucks...Detroit sucks..."
Funny chant from the fans in game 4 when they're one game from elimination, and after game 3 when the Pistons went from -19 to 10 and made Chicago look like fools
lol, great pic! I was amazed when Big Ben made 3 of 4 free throws in the final minutes while Chauncey missed two straight! WTF?!!!
I remember about a year ago listening to "The Huge Show" out of Grand Rapids and the host said there was no way Dumars would be dumb enough to pay Ben Wallace the amount of money Wallace could get as a free agent. He was dead on right!
I loved Ben in Detroit, but that is in the past!

Merely delaying the inevitable.
Took the words right out of my mouth... this series is so over. The Pistons just wanted to wrap it up in the Palace in front of their fans... lol.
