A week after Reggie Bush wagged his finger at Brian Urlacher, the NFL wagged back. The league fined the New Orleans Saints running back $5,000 for taunting Urlacher at the end of his 88-yard touchdown reception in the NFC Championship Game on Jan. 21, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported.
