  i would hope that his suicide wasnt solely based on Landis' fall. I mean, to kill yourself over your step-son-in-law's career is absurd. I feel no pity for ppl that do foolish things like this.

  shocking. The French people (which I belong) too are saddened by that news... Until the doping scandal, they were happy with the win of Landis, a man that seemed a priori much more humane and accessible than Armstrong.

  they DO NOT HATE the American people... simply disagree some of Bush's "analyses" and "thoughts" on foreign affairs.

  he probally tested positive from the meds he was on for his thyroid. My father has thyroid problems and takes alot of meds for it. you'd be surprised what would turn up in a drug test from just random everyday things people use. Sucks about the suicide... one bad thing after another. I feel for him and his family.

  Very sad indeed I have lost people due to suicide..It is a very sad and horrible thing to go through.
