I had watched Dale Sr for many years. He captivated my heart and attention as a Driver. This Hub-bub of recent with Dale Jr and his step mom....well, if Sr was alive today I'm sure he'd want his Son to be in control of the business. Not his 3rd wife. Dale Jr deserves it. I met Sr once and asked him, "How do you do it for so many years" ? "PERSEVERANCE. To remain steadfast against all odds" His favorite motto.

I cried like a baby the day he died on the last lap of Daytona 500. But I have never forgot the words he said. "To remain Steradfast against all odds".

Jr...I'm on your side. Be Steadfast. If you have to take your firesuit and go else where, I'm sure your Dad would understand. Go out there to win Championships....thats what you want and it's what your Dad taught you how to do. Blood is thicker than Water. Take the number 3 and place it on a mirror...you see the 8. Your number. The image of your Father. A reflection. Go Race and Win Big Dale Jr.
